I don’t get it. On Saturday I weighed myself…194. Then on Sunday I was 193. Yesterday I stepped on the scale and clocked in at a solid 199. What happened? Did I suddenly pick up 6 pounds of body fat? How is it that my weight can fluctuate by 6 pounds in a single day?
