It has been a pretty tough road back from my cycle crash in Argentina. Today was a great step in my full recovery. I finished 12th , in 2:08 at the Accenture Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon held in San Francisco.

allowed them to exit the boat first. Challenged athletes are a good cure for whining. Triathlon is hard and I can't imagine doing it with one arm or one leg. I couldn't imagine.... at the 2011 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in October. I know that I’d certainly like to see what Lance can do in the triathlon world and based on all the buzz, I’m far from..., Lance will be riding in the Tour Down Under (January 16-23) which has has said will likely be his last professional cycling race outside the US.
