I ran 5 miles on the Jordan River Parkway today. It took me 1 hour 6 minutes for the run, compared to 1 hour 27 minutes last week. These times include 30-60 second walking breaks every half mile. I had much more energy today, and it felt good to run a faster pace. For the first two miles, my pace was around 14 minutes. Then it decreased to 12:30

Did you too get disappointed when you tried an energy drink?
They spend a lot on commercials but using energy drinks like Red Bull to gain energy is really just shooting... pressure, anxiety, interrupted sleep patterns and hypertension.

If you routinely don't have the energy to do what you need to do, check up on your habits before buying energy drinks . There's a new report out warning against energy drink use by children and teens. I would expand that recommendation to include adults too. No one needs energy drinks.
