Busted! Exercising on an emptystomach will not speed up fat burn. You should eat a small snack two hours prior to exercise.
Keep it simple: a small bowl of oatmeal... to burn fat. Otherwise, if you regularly workout on an emptystomach, you will begin to lose muscle. Your body taps into “survival mode,” pushing protein away from muscle.

very far - or even started.
Technically, while the body may burn more fat exercising on an emptystomach, it also burns more muscle, which no is the direct opposite of what we... should make every attempt to not exercise on a emptystomach. The bottom line is it will affect your results and performance.

I’ve been reading a lot about people running on an emptystomach.
Yeah, I don’t get it. What exactly are you accomplishing by running first thing in the morning before you eat breakfast? Is it because it’s painful that it’s supposed to be better for you? Is that really the difference between losing weight and not losing?
