Does any one know what the price tag for an eeg is? I am uninsured.
I've been to a GP and an ENT, neither of which took any blood work from me or asked many significant questions.
Last fall, I began to have clogged ears and then a drunk feeling. I thought it was hormonal since I am a post menopausal woman.
I finally went to a doctor in March who

The next appointment after the Centrelink Interview was EEG on Thursday the 6 th.
I couldn’t relax after the interview as there was possibility that the peak of payback would fall on the day of the EEG. My payback is slow to kick in and sometimes its progress is very slow as well.
As you know, my wonderful doctor had organised ambulance

Jenelle had another EEG yesterday. While it was being done, I went behind the technician to look at the monitor. Most of the waves I saw were much better than before, and much less chaotic. I only saw a little bit though, but I was hopeful. I emailed Dr. Phillips today to remind him that her EEG was done, and I told him what I saw. He emailed

for the test, which is the same dose she gets every night at bedtimme. That would not work for the EEG. She is used to that dose, and wakes up easily with it. So they are giving her a double dose, plus a double dose of Benadryl. This is a lot of sedation, so they are putting her on oxygen and cardiac monitors for the EEG. A doctor will stay on the Pediatric

What was supposed to be a Sleep EEG ended up a Sedated EEG and the sedation didn't work enough to knock her out completely, but enough to make her stay still for having wires attached and the actual test at least.
I just knew that sleep depriving Violet does not make a difference. Still did as we were told and put her to bed 2 hours late

This afternoon had my EEG. Took 1.5 hours and of course will not know anything until the Neurologist has reported on it and I see the Neurosurgeon on Thursday night.
While I was at the hospital for my EEG I got chatting to some ladies that worked in Radiology that said even if I went thru the private hospital, if anything went wrong i.e

A sleep deprived EEG...what fun! Had to go to bed at 1am last night and wake up at 5am, only four hours sleep! Needless to say I am exhausted, I was when I woke up... late to the appointment. Luckily, they didn't do that to me.
I did manage to fall asleep as I did for my last EEG....hooray....as that means that my sleep deprivation wasn't
