I've had 5 meals so far today. As always some snacking between meals as well. I've always eaten a lot but lately as I've been pushing my training up over 20 hours a week I've been eating at a very impressive rate. a chance to look at my to-do list. All I accomplished was eating, sleeping, and bathing. If every day were like this I’d slit my wrists with boredom, but usually there is more time for other pursuits, so once in a while a day like this is a nice break.

a chance to look at my to-do list. All I accomplished was eating, sleeping, and bathing. If every day were like this I’d slit my wrists with boredom, but usually there is more time for other pursuits, so once in a while a day like this is a nice break.

with the demands of eating and may also have some type of challenge with the swallow. There is a success getting the baby to eat in this semi-sleep state. The baby can get the feeding down... part is what happens as a baby gets older? They sleep less. Sleep eating as an infant is a huge sensory system red flag. For some reason the baby is not tolerating the feeding

of 'em and I'm already over 3 for the day.
I'm also not sleeping enough. And we all know how important sleep is for weight loss.
The past couple months I've been averaging 6 hours of sleep a night. Not good. I do much better on 7 to 8 hours. What's keeping me up? Web surfing, TV, laundry, whatnot. So I need NEED to spend less time Tweeting and more

in a great sauna session, went home to eat, walk the dogs, and off to bed. The next day I did it all again except I only ran 40 miles. I was totally wiped out. I ran a 20 mile run
