The dumbbell squat press is a phenomenal full body exercise for developing strength in the legs, hips, low back, abdomen, shoulders and arms.
Muscles involved... and look straight ahead.
Rise up out of the squat with a slight explosion and simultaneously press the dumbbells overhead. End the movement by lowering the dumbbells back

START POSITION
MOVEMENT
Lower body by flexing at the hips and knees
Upper body should only flex forward slightly during movement. Keep chest up.
Be sure to sit hips back and down so that knees don't go past toes.

Great exercise - funny looking word...
Just realized as I wrote squat 3 times that it is a funny looking little word - and a great exercise.
