Today I trained at home and gave the kettlebell a rest in favour of some dumbbell circuit training. The workout was a full body fat burning series of super sets.

Well I don’t know about you, but I am sore from lifting today and my circuit only lasted 13 minutes! It was an effective workout and I can tell that I need to work to get my strength back!

I think more people should walk or bike to work instead of driving. Most people are overweight and need to lose weight, improve their fitness and health so why not exercise on the commute to work? Especially with gas prices so high and pollution worsening, walking and biking to work would really improve our quality of lives.

In order to burn fat through exercise you have to do a lot of work in a short amount of time.
