Hard to know what to make of this. It would help if they provided a little context. What are the general trends in drunkdriving arrests? In alcohol consumption?
Arrests... suppose it should be too much of a surprise give we've been seeing increases in binge drinking by girls.

Every 15 minutes someone dies from an alcohol related accident…please don’t drink and drive!
