I will introduce this topic by typing my response to a reader who asked whether buprenorphine, the active ingredient in Suboxone, shows up in urinedrug tests. Yes, a study from Taiwan shows that a simple nasal spray controls nighttime urination in men who were not helped by drugs usually prescribed by physicians today. At night... that they help. Coloured urine can be a dilemma to diagnose. Beeturia, red urine after eating beetroot is well known and the dark urine of dehydration also.
