Being that I am suffering from a case of Runner's Knee, I was very tentative about doing any kind of exercise but I mustered up some courage and got the P90X Extreme Home Fitness with Tony Horton DVDs out.
Turned out great.
I did the Stretch DVD along with Day 1 of the 100 Push-Up Challenge (6;6;4;4;10).
The workout got all the kinks out
