Dizziness and vertigo are sometimes reported as symptoms of Migraine attacks. Researchers at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, have been looking at possible symptoms of Migraine and their prevalence. In a recent study, they looked at dizziness and vertigo.

Dizziness and vertigo are two symptoms in perimenopause that are not as oft discussed as hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings. Yet, loss of balance, vertigo and dizziness are common complaints among perimenopausal and menopausal women.
What makes these symptoms so elusive is that both dizziness and vertigo can be traced to other causes

I am experiencing extreme fatigue. And I do mean extreme. No matter how much sleep I get I can’t get enough rest… but it could just be the menopur.

MS fatigue is a whole different ball game. For me, it takes two forms. The first is less troublesome than the second. I often find that when I have... hours in the middle of the day. It's crazy... One hour of rigorous excercise often requires 3 hours of sleep on the flip side.
