What do you consider being conscious? What do you feel it is like living in a state of consciousness or conscious awareness? Consciousness is defined loosely as being "awake" "aware" or connected; "In tune" with your environment, surroundings, other human beings and the planet. Many people who consider themselves "conscious" feel this sentiment

Scholarpedia, which for neuroscience topics is generally excellent, has an entire section of entries on consciousness (indexed here ).

Finally, Science & Consciousness Review is up again. Several bugs during the past month have blocked access to the site. It is still not working 100%, but at least now, you can access both Martin's article about art and consciousness, and my article about imaging genetics. Hey, we're the neuropsychology tag-team, remember?
