When you have wrist pain you don't usually think to yourself, Hmm...I wonder if this wrist pain is from pinched nerves in my neck? Especially if you have no pain in the neck. Heck, even if you do have neck pain, and wrist pain...it does not occur to most people that they may be connected.

Today when I was doing the pulldown’s off the lat machine the handle broke and I landed on my left wrist. It was a little banged up at the time but I soldiered on and finished the lift.
As I got home it was a little sore but nothing too serious.
Now I’m feeling the pain. The wrist is really tight and it hurts. Hopefully I can sleep it off

pain, I often have them stay off their wrists and come up onto fists instead. This can be done in Down Dog, Plank, Table, and any other pose that puts pressure on the wrists... reader suggestions for post topics. You've asked, and now I want to answer.
