maximum. Even if that's true, by working out my deltoids I will also work my trapezius muscles as well, even if I don't want to. And the growth of the trapezius makes your... of the growth of the trapezius makes you look shorter. So is it worth it to work on the deltoids? Is there any exercise that will eliminate the trapezius while working the deltoids

Sunday afternoon in the kitchen, the family is out and I am having fun with my tripod and camera again!
I think deltoids are probably the sexiest part of the human body, really!
Nice, round, big, full deltoids. (I am sure some men out there are thinking something different right now).
Who has the best deltoids? Basketball players!

My favorite muscle(s) to train, I love nice, big round deltoids! Many try to achieve this and few do. The reason? They don't train all heads of the deltoid.
You have the anterior (front), medial (side) and posterior (back) heads that all need to be trained to achieve this nice round look.
The seated dumbbell press will work all heads

I remember when I was in HS that after every Sat morning swim practice I would come home, have 2 waffles with cream cheese and syrup and go downstairs to the basement, turn on the TV and crash on the couch for at least two hours.
