of the growth of the trapezius makes you look shorter. So is it worth it to work on the deltoids? Is there any exercise that will eliminate the trapezius while working the deltoids... that stress the deltoids more and the traps less.
Avoid direct trap work, such as shrugs and narrow grip upright rows. Avoid exercises where the traps are stabilizers

My favorite muscle(s) to train, I love nice, big round deltoids! Many try to achieve this and few do. The reason? They don't train all heads of the deltoid.

There are many others, this is only a short list to give you an idea. To properly train shoulders you need to devote time, and many reps of different exercises.

Sunday afternoon in the kitchen, the family is out and I am having fun with my tripod and camera again!
I think deltoids are probably the sexiest part of the human body, really!
Nice, round, big, full deltoids. (I am sure some men out there are thinking something different right now).

I remember when I was in HS that after every Sat morning swim practice I would come home, have 2 waffles with cream cheese and syrup and go downstairs to the basement, turn on the TV and crash on the couch for at least two hours. Have you heard of or read John Ratey’s book “Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and The Brain”? According to Harvard Psychiatry Professor John Ratey nothing beats exercise for promoting brain heath.
