I’ve always thought it work partially because it buys a little time – a bit like ‘counting to ten’ to stop you losing your temper! Breathe in… and out. One more time. A nice deep breath in… and gently exhale. Doesn’t that feel good?
Breathing is something that we take for granted. It happens all day... some deep diaphragmatic breathing. Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Breathe normally. If the hand on your chest moves more as you breathe, you are breathing

One of the easiest things to do when you start feeling anxious is to focus on your breathing. Most people with anxiety tend to breathe in short..., but I know when I make the time for myself to meditate and take deep breaths, I always feel better for it.

breathing anywhere can be a great benefit when you’re feeling anxious. This is all very basic I know, but the point is that deep, mindful, breathing is always a good first option... effective relaxation technique in audio.
I decided to do this in audio format so it is easier to follow along with. It is kinda of hard to relax and concentrate on deep breathing
