The past month or so I've noticed that even with my getting between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night, I'm still exhausted during the day time. I do not sleep straight through the night. It doesn't matter how tired I am it takes me a good ten to fifteen minutes to fall asleep and I'm constantly waking up. I do not sleep straight through the night.

I don't know if I've ever been as tired as I an right now. The day started at 3:00am eastern time and by 6:00pm eastern time we had finally made it to Idaho. We have a very lovely place to stay, have been to the grocery store, and have checked out part of the course. But for now, it may be bedtime. Yes it's only 8:00pm in Idaho. :)

I don’t know about you, but sometimes a gal needs a little energy boost. I am not extremely sore, and no blisters to be found but my quads feel like they got a nice workout. Not pain, just that feeling of being put to the test.

I used my new vacuum today! I know, exciting stuff. lol I was both disgusted and excited at how much it picked up off the rug, and I only did 2 rooms. Today we went on a lovely family outing to the cinema to see the new Disney film, UP. It is a great film, It is sad and funny and my kids loved it.
