Today is 9DPC. Holly started her progesterone cream on monday and so far so good. Her chart is starting to look triphasic which is when a chart shows a second thermal shift. Other than that - ...

I do wish I had time to update the intro pages which can be accessed on the h2cm homepage . I've assigned the SOCIOLOGY care (knowledge) domains intro to the public and this includes carers .

Holly stopped temping today because she received her crosshairs. We are hoping she will never have to temp again. She has a headache that she can't seem to get rid of. She describes it as being a constant brain freeze. I gave her tylenol but it doesn't seem to be helping. If any of you have suggestions... please let me know! :)

Despite the fact that I regularly see my doctor and have heavy-hitters like Imitr ...

What a difference thinking about and implementing one little statement makes. The last few days the concept “What You Do Every Day Counts” keeps coming into play and I find the more I use it, the easier life has gotten for me... and of course for the dogs who live with me every day.
As part of Project Happiness Life with Dog as Training Par ...

The concept of Arbor Day is simple: let’s celebrate our love for trees.
First celebrated in Nebraska City, Nebraska in 1872, Arbor Day has since become an international day of celebration of affection and care for the tall, woody plants that mean so much to us. From heating our homes sustainably to shading our pastured livestock ...

Yesterday was our extra day of the year, with 2008 being a Leap Year. I spent my day, in concept, like any other. I went to work; had my car repaired; took my pup to the vet (his arthritis is becoming unbearable for him in this cold weather); paid some bills; and generally took care of business. But I also took some time to reflect on m ...
