Every time I pick up a pack of gum, I see a warning that says "phenylketoneurics: contains phenylalanine"
What IS phenylalanine and why would it need to have a warning... be really helpful

It's 17 days till the 7 mile Bridge and I am suffering from a case of D.D.D. (Discipline Deficit Disorder).
