hammy heal, and suck it up and cross train. I don't know why I have such a hard time with it, back in the days that I belonged to the gym, I would finish my cardio, walk over... of wood in our driveway and said, "Stacking that!" Well, I guess I can count that as cross training.

I like the idea of cross training. Mixing things up defeats boredom and may prevent overuse injuries. But here's a guy who has taken it to the nth degree. It's a good article . . .

What do you choose for cross training? There are several things that I like to do for cross training. You can, hike, bike, swim, weights, Plyometrics, Yoga, etc. It is very important in any training plan to switch it up. If you use cross training as part of your regular exercise schedule I am 100% sure your overall fitness level will increase
