cramps with any intake of food or liquid. After approx 30 minutes her stomach settles down and she is ok. In addition her feet feel very cold to her but are warm to the touch. Do you have any suggestions?

, most people can exercise after eating without suffering stomach cramps because their hearts are strong enough to pump blood to both their exercising muscles and their stomach... than an hour, eat or drink anything you like before and during your exercise.
