Hello luvs,
Today was my day to take part in the YogaPose May event that the lovely Tina and Kate put together. The YogaPose May challenge was designed to have different bloggers feature a different yogapose on their blog.
My pose was called Dancer Pose also known as Lord of the Dance Pose.

Svaroopa YogaPose - Rotated Stomach Pose

Of all the Svaroopa yogaposes Rotated Stomach Pose, or Jathara Parivrttanasana, is my favorite. This pose is a reclining spinal twist. It is a very easy pose, releases... the thorasic spine, shoulders, and neck. Rotated Stomach Pose is part of the "Magic Four", a set of four core poses in Svaroopa Yoga, which I will talk about in another post.

Kate from What Kate Ate and Tina from Carrots N Cake decided to declare May “ YogaPose May ”. Everyday in May, a different blogger features a yogapose on their blog... myself to new levels and allows me to truly appreciate my body. The way you feel after an amazing yoga class just can’t be replicated! I heart yoga

the mind and the body. Hence, when I found out that Tina & Kate were hosting YogaPose May , I knew I had to join in the fun to help promote yoga and encourage more people to get involved. So today, I am going to talk about savasana, which is also known as the corpse pose!

Here’s a sequence of yogaposes for emotional balance by an Iyengar teacher.
Though I don’t wholeheartedly endorse Iyengar yoga for people with bipolar disorder...), this posture sequence is good.
