Since Sunday/Monday, Sophie has had an increase in her coughing. I have purposely left it for a few days just to see if anything was developing, and also wondering whether I was noticing something that wasn't there, due to knowing she had pseudo lurking.

I felt a bit "iffy" this morning but I went off to school. I had a observation today for Microsoft Word, itwent well but it was 60 straight minutes of talking...excessive talking...and not talking in your everyday kinda voice, but instead it was just short of shouting. ended up walking a little over 3 miles along the Iron Horse Trail in Danville. Turns out it was the correct decision and except for an aching back I felt pretty good afterward.
I hope the air clears up by tomorrow, I don't want to have to do any exercise outdoors in this schmootz. After last week's "recovery training" (ooops) we build again

pediatricians, and ER doctors not believe me. ( Pediatrician said just a bad cough. Ended up in the ER later that day because of terrible strider and trouble breathing - ER doc was convinced it HAD to be croup. Very cool allergist confirmed not croup, but asthma at follow up appointment.)
