Yesterday I laced up my shoes and ran north out of the NAC. I did put in an hour, but had to stop and cough up a lung a couple of times en route. Man, I feel like the crap today. I've got a hacking, junky cough and my body aches. Blech. Thank goodness my husband can work from home if he needs to - I don't know how I would be able to take care of the kids these past two days!
My eating's been a bit weird because my appetite's not really there. I tried to have a bigger breakfast this morning

I've been dealing with a cough that I seriously think is trying to expel a lung from my body. I think I'd like to keep my lungs within my chest cavity, thank you very much.
So, in other words, not much posting over here until I can make sure I won't end up with a lung on my keyboard.

Today my continuousCoughing seems to be decreasing, still cough, not as violently. My primary doctor, who diagnosed the costochondritis did check for broken ribs too. Evidently it is fairly common for severe coughing to cause rib cracking, so I guess I am lucky to only have tearing between the chest wall and ribs.This next site, first one exactly

Since Sunday/Monday, Sophie has had an increase in her coughing. I have purposely left it for a few days just to see if anything was developing, and also wondering whether I was noticing something that wasn't there, due to knowing she had pseudo lurking.
However, something is definately going on. Sophie always has a cough that sounds like croupe

I felt a bit "iffy" this morning but I went off to school. I had a observation today for Microsoft Word, itwent well but it was 60 straight minutes of talking...excessive talking...and not talking in your everyday kinda voice, but instead it was just short of shouting.
