Most recent sputum culture (bonus video) by CFMama Posted Wed 02 Dec 2009 6:56am Dr. A just informed me that although Nathan's most recent sputum culture did not grow pseudomonas aeruginosa, it did grow pseudomonas putida.  Apparently this strain is not as serious as pseudomonas aeruginosa because it does not generally become mucoid.  Nonetheless, to be on the safe side, Dr. A reccommended we treat it with 2 weeks of oral Cipro Read on »
