Oh, I wish you had smell-o-vision on your monitors so you could have a sniff of my kitchen right now. Chris Kimball, publisher of Cook’s Illustrated, has long been a fan of pressure cookers. I remember about 10 years ago, he called me to ask about my favorite brands... cookers. As a result, food takes about 20% longer to cook in an electric cooker.
