Swimming plus sauna is not really a good idea. We went to swim on the pool last Sunday and after the swim I decided to spend a few minutes on the sauna. I was energized after that. The next morning was a different story though. I end up sore all over. I am not sure why. I always love using the sauna because it relaxes me and removes away

I workout about 4 times a week at two locations for the same health spa. When I go to the location in Mansfield, Tx, I usually go into the infra-red sauna for 30 minutes... said she read somewhere that sitting in saunas wasn't good for people that has MS.
I need to research and will write it down as a question to ask my neurologist when I visit
