had not really had a chance to immerse myself in the whole group therapy process because, since the first time I attended it has been three weeks before the group met again... to be able to work myself past what makes me so anxious. I figured since we live so close to each other and are in the same group therapy together, she would be a good person to help

Researchers studied 227 women with breast cancer. About half took part in a year of therapy in groups of 8 to 12 patients led by two clinical psychologists, while the others did not.

During my last hospital admission throughout the workweek group therapy was offered twice a day to help people gain the proper emotional tools to help them cope... clicked that this blog is a lot like group therapy in a way and I participate on a number of forums which essentially does the same thing a group does ........... maybe
