I received a package of goodies from Kaia Foods a while ago and forgot that I had not tried their chocolate granola. When I opened the package the other night, I was expecting much but wow was I surprised!
I LOVE IT! It’s crunchy, chocolatey, raisiny, sweet but not too sweet and delicious! I am really impressed! I will definitely be purchasing

Marbleized Angel Food Cake with Warm Cocoa Sauce
( A cake with a sprinkling of raisins and walnuts, seasoned with cocoa sauce )
Serves: 12
Time Required: 20 minutes plus baking time

12 egg whites
8 ml cream of tartar
300 g sugar
200 g flour
3 g salt
5 ml vanilla essence
8 ml lemon juice

healthy version:
1 cup low fat milk
1 TBL Agave syrup (or honey) (if your kids are used to Nesquik or other sweeter cocoas, you may want to use 2 TBL
2 TBL cocoapowder (the 100% cocoapowder)
Mix together over the stove, or in the microwave until warm and dissolved.

In order to make cocoapowder, cocoa beans are first fermented, roasted, and shelled.
Inside that shell are cacao nibs, which undergo..., and a tablespoon of cocoapowder.
Or plug in your food processor and try my no-bake "brownie" recipe!
As for that U symbol -- it simply means the product is certified kosher.
