healthy version:
1 cup low fat milk
1 TBL Agave syrup (or honey) (if your kids are used to Nesquik or other sweeter cocoas, you may want to use 2 TBL
2 TBL cocoapowder (the 100% cocoapowder)
Mix together over the stove, or in the microwave until warm and dissolved.

Inside that shell are cacao nibs, which undergo... and cocoa solids via compression.
The grinding of cocoa solids results in cocoapowder, which is naturally fat-free (as a result of being separated from cocoa butter) and sugar

Have you discovered Wondercocoa™? It has half the carbs of regular Dutched cocoa and almost no caffeine. (It also has no fat, but since cocoa butter is one of the good fats, that's not especially important.)

I recently went vegan.
The other day I was reading chocolate bars’ ingredient labels and didn’t know if cocoa butter was an animal by-product or not.
