Black BeanCocoa Quinoa
Ingredients:
1 cup dry quinoa
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp coriander
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (less if you can’t handle a kick!)
2 tsp cocoapowder
1 large onion
1 cup diced bell pepper

healthy version:
1 cup low fat milk
1 TBL Agave syrup (or honey) (if your kids are used to Nesquik or other sweeter cocoas, you may want to use 2 TBL
2 TBL cocoapowder (the 100% cocoapowder)
Mix together over the stove, or in the microwave until warm and dissolved.
