Things have been going quite well. I am currently under the influence of Plaquenil, Mepron, Clindamycin (all at their full dose) and Alinia (half way there). at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital have demonstrated a more effective treatment for bacterial pneumonia following influenza. They found that the antibiotics clindamycin... treated groups of the doubly infected mice with ampicillin, clindamycin, combined clindamycin and ampicillin, or azithromycin. Okay so week 4 is a repeat of week 1- that is I do IV Azithromycin and Clindamycin with Mepron and Artemesinin (1000 mg twice daily) on M,W, and F.
After being off... imagination but felt more energy first few days on Clindamycin. I am also enjoying the relaxing effects of IV Azithromycin.
I am tolerating this regimen really well. I do get nausea

taking Penicillin for several days, without resolution of the swelling. Antibiotic was changed to clindamycin to see if swelling would resolve.
Swelling did not resolve after taking clindamycin.
At this point, I am quite certain I will find a cracked root. If this were simply a perio issue or an endo issue, I would have expected it to clear up

cellulitis could get, this count showed that they caught it very early.
In the ER room, they gave her a dose of clindamycin. Because of Hannah’s very recent history with rotavirus... and left the hospital around 1 pm the next day. She had three doses of the clindamycin, and they really worked great. Her cellulitis was already significantly improving

Week 2 was a little rougher as this week I added in Bactrim DS, 1 1/2 tabs on M,W, and F (in addition to the already pulsed Clindamycin and Azithromycin, IV- see below). In addition I do 1000 mg Artemesinin (Allergy Research) twice daily, M,W, F.
I had a little bit of irritability and moodiness and some R foot pain with spasms- primarily at night
