A bad workout is better than no workout!

a great workout, I classified it as bad, but a bad workout is better than no workout. What made it a bad workout? During this workout I suffered a cut kick to my ciatic nerve which is making me walk with a limp now. And I have a black eye. Boy, what a day. I also felt a little weak in the weight room but whatever.

On the workout front, I have to say that this was a killer week...it's like Brad knew we would all be overindulging on Thursday and wanted us to "pre-burn" those calories! Um... that, because it just prolongs the workout for everyone, but it is what it is. Next draw - Jenny. So far, Ashley has escaped being the twist. Wouldn't you know that the next draw
