are not recommended during pregnancy. Choose products with Geranium and avoid those with Clary Sage, Marjoram, Myrrh, Fennel and Anise. However, save Clary Sage for the time of delivery... during pregnancy? I notice a lot of natural/organic lines though very good, contain some essential oils that seem to not be recommended for pregnant women.

an answer and you seemed to be the perfect person! (I found you on Gorgeously Green) What do you think of mineral oil in cleansers? I bought a shu uemura Cleansing Oil today and the first ingredient was mineral oil. I remember reading somewhere, years ago, that mineral oil is not good for my type of skin, oily. Your thoughts? After a slow, slow beginning to labor all yesterday & last night, things went fairly quickly & very smoothly this morning after some reflexology with clary sage oil...your VBACing momma only pushed for SIX minutes!

I spoke to a nice momma tonight - a friend of my lovely client...she (the friend) is 6 days past her due date and will soon be ineligible to birth at the birth center. One of the tips I gave her: a nice, gentle way to encourage some labor is to rub some castor oil with clary sage oil on your belly and into induction points around your ankles.
