I must be really sick because I didn't wake up until 11 AM this morning... Honestly though, I feel like sleeping the entire day away (and I still might). Breathe Casey...
I have been telling myself for about a week to just "chill out". Release it, let it go. I am trying to be gentler with myself, kinder to my mind, my body... aren't good things. This I know.

I couldn't figure out whether I was hallucinating from the fevers or if the email I received from a reader was correct. He said "Could you explain this to me, from 350k... and in interpreting results."
