Melam Chicken Masala Chicken Curry
Method
Heat oil and saute onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Then add masala powder mixed with little water and fry well. Add chicken pieces, tomatoes, salt and water if needed. Cover and cook till done and gravy fairly thick. Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves if needed
