All that smoke and chemical debris floating about... lungs, and I’ve got a dry annoying cough as I breathe out. My chest feels like there’s a heavy weight upon it, and I’m becoming tired very very quickly……

So get the guy in the back of the truck. His EKG looks good. Start him out on an albuterol Neb. By the time that one has finished his chest pressure has lessened, and his... albuterol neb his chest tightness has gone away and his wheezing is scattered. After a few hours of observation in the ER, the patient was discharged. Thankfully

pain that is in my chest and spreads up my throat. the other day it was hurting my shoulders as well. It hasnt been too bad, but I just made it a lot worse by going and running... been holding my chest muscles tightly without really realising it, or perhaps it is a respiratory problem. Could anyone give me an ideas how to stop the pain. It mainly hurts

to blow outward. Patient was enveloped by heat and smoke which knock him over. Patient is immediately up and moving. 30 minutes later patient develops nonspecific chest tightness... inspiratory and expiratory wheezes heard throughout upper and lower front and back. His only complaint is of chest tightness and cough.
Ready? Treat my patient. GO!
