Welcome to Week 5 ... I forgot how good the Chest, Arms and Triceps workout was until this afternoon. My arms are still feeling the pump four hours later!

usually work out one body part a day (i.e. monday-chest, tues-legs, wed-shoulders, thurs-back, and friday-arms). What kind of training split would you recomend to go with your fast...."

WEIGHTLIFTING ROUTINES: Solo Chest Routine
Smith Machine Negative Bench Press:3 x 5(per arm)
Smith Machine Bench Press:3 x 6-10
Incline Dumbbell Press:3 x 8-10
Incline Dumbbell Flye:3 x... the chest. At that point, the spotter picks up the whole weight back to the top. That’s one rep.
Because you don’t have a spotter for these workout routines, you have to use your own

back and biceps and I was supposed to do shoulders. Whoops! So I’m just going to skip them this week.
Today I did a chest workout, a triceps workout and I followed that up with HIIT and steady state cardio. I am POOPED!
Chest Workout
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 70#
Incline Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 55#

3/9 Workout: Chest and Back

first set, I could barely get the 4th rep up. The first week I did this chest workout , I didn’t start to really struggle like that until the end of my 3rd set.
So for today, I lightened the weight and added 2 reps instead. Whenever I have to lower the weight like that, I really struggle with it. I think I’m getting somewhat bored with my chest workout
