I have bell's palsy for two years now. the condition is a bad one but the good thing is it is always improving. i am not 100% still but at least i have gotten better by about 75%. i do not know how much time will it take to completely recover but i am optimistic that it will improve by time. the only worry for me is that my eye has got diminished

Rhonda got Bell's Palsy 5 times. People normally get it once in their lifetime. In the fashion business, a paralyzed eye is not a good thing.
When she got it again recently, Rhonda did something weird. She put some ER home-made kefir on her sagging eye lid. (Home-made kefir - something many ER Fat Burn participants get.)
