a weight where you maintain good form. If the weight is too heavy and your arms are moving forward, then obviously you need to lighten the load and concentrate on your technique. I do prefer the exercise in good form for 8-10 reps.

fat mumma upper arms flapping in the breeze, a hot breeze. I take two steps forward at work and one step back.

I have three more days..., but it is another reminder: these immunomodulatory drugs do cause things to stop working in the GI department.
