I've been baking and getting ready for thanksgiving dinner. WellI have to make sure everything taste right...and now I feel...ill.
To the point where I may not touch dessert at all tomorrow. I think I'll load up on turkey...and find time to get some cardio in tomorrow.

Don't even bother getting a heart scan if you're going to ignore it. I've said it before and I'll say it again: A heart scan is the most important health test you can get

Does chronic illness leave you feeling like a square peg in a round hole? Funny thing. Regardless of what causes it, feeling different just doesn’t feel good.
