If the problem is actually the position of the joint..., and the rest of musculoskeletal health community start to realize that the reason the knee hurts has less to do with the running and jumping, and more to do with the misalignment

Do you have knee problems or back problems? What adjustments to you make to your fitness routine to make sure you still are able to get in a good workout withouth causing... knees.
Another great product that will help those painful knees, that I was able to try is called the Moji Knee Ice Wrap. This thing is awesome! I keep it in my freezer

I ran 2 miles last night with Tim the Paramedic just to see how the knee was going to feel.
AND IT FELT GREAT!
I guess it's just a really bad bruise (still a little black and blue) and only hurts to touch but walking, bending, running, going up stairs, lunges...none of it gives me a bit of trouble.
