Every time I travel to west coast to see my mom, I get jet lagged. I lose my appetite, get headache, and mostly suffer from insomnia. This situation is much better now after....
I've divided the tips into two categories: During the flight, and after arrival.

Memory loss is one of the more disturbing manifestations of Menopause Brain. Just when it seems that it cannot get any worse, I climb on a plane for a five + hour flight. I love zoning out for such a long time period - no one expects you to DO anything when you are traveling.

Training today and Jet lag...
Hit the gym this afternoon -
Squat 405 x 2, 445 x 2, 475 x 2, 455 x 2, 315 x 3 (paused)
Bench 275 x 2 (paused), 295 x 2, 225 x 5
32... is certainly a good thing - I finished squats and bench feeling like I could have done a good bit more.

I have just returned home after a 10 week trip to the other side of the planet and I have jet lag! It is really horrible rather like being... granddaughter live.
We had a wonderful time but it is nice to be home. The best bit about coming back home is a decent sized bed- we are too old for a standard double!

I had a wonderful time in Macau. The eleven days I spent there flew but my parents and friends managed to get my batteries completely recharged. A good thing since I needed to be in a good mood to hear the news Dr. Keohan had to give me yesterday:
