It is truely curious.
There is the
South beach diet.
Zone diet.
Atkins diet.
Vegan.
Vegetarian.
Paleolithic.
Blood type diet.
Whatever is next diet.
Why do... on these diets or eating lifestyles are focused on what they eat. Therefore, they do not eat a bunch of processed foods, high saturated fats, sugar or alcohol.

Every time a new ‘diet’ comes out, I’m always amazed at how the media touts the newest of the new as being easier than the last fad diet. When I..., but if there is a ‘trick’ then it probably is a sham.
