Casting aspersions on Casting Words

I use Casting Words to transcribe my podcasts. The price is reasonable and the quality of the work is usually very good to excellent. Customer service has been spotty... (and now phone calls) to Casting Words have gone unanswered for weeks now.
The only message I’ve received is an email that prices are going up 50 percent this coming Monday

Violet had her next cast put on yesterday for her serial casting treatment.
