No weight lifting today, just cardio combined with Heavy Bag work.
Although I am pleased cause I managed my first few capoeira steps today - some gingas, a few esquivas and 10 Au's in a row!

in Brazil during the 17th century developed capoeira which today incorporates movements that resemble a cross between gymnastics and breakdancing. Mind you, I'm not knocking either... has for the most part been relegated to sport. Capoeira routines are typically set to music and chanting.
