well this week, and my wakeup HR should start to come down. If goes down some more tomorrow, I may do a slow half-hour run in the morning.

So last week was incredibly successful! After 6.5 days (yup, I caved on Saturday because we had 3 events to attend... blah blah blah... anyway excuses aside) I felt fantastic and really proud of myself because I can't remember the last time I had 2-3 days alcohol free, let alone 6!

2 more weeks....if I can get 2 more weeks out of this pregnancy, I'll be thrilled. My NST on Friday went well for the babies...it didn't take much this time to keep them...'d be in the hospital if I were to develop any other symptoms pretty quickly. What's funny is that my OB has been saying all this time "oh, you'll be lucky to get to 28 weeks...I don't think
