if people in New York are picking lower-calorie foods that caloriecounts are posted in restaurants with more than 15 oulets.
Noting that the new regulations present a "great... (holiday vs. workday, bad weather vs. good, etc.)
He also encourages discovering if these caloriecounts "shock people into buying/eating differently" and if so how long

when I examined the dinner entrees I was aghast. Single meals, for one person, with caloriecounts around 2000! Saturated fat covering 3-4 days' allowance for health, sodium... to order one.

by different dieting programs often leave us confused and bewildered. Take for example the concepts of caloriecounting and calorie shifting.
Both methods would work in their own rights... this post would tell you.
It is indeed difficult to answer this question since both calorie shifting and caloriecounting have their respective strong and weak points.

That’s right.
Instead of countingcalories, I rely on them and the nutrients in foods as fuel.
Gone are the days of chronic caloriecounting now that healthy, balanced eating is part of my everyday lifestyle. I no longer meticulously track calories, instead I make sure my body is fueled
