Cut calories based on a healthy meal plan. With a good exercise program, you will burn fat and lose weight. Starve yourself on a fad diet with severe calorie restriction... will rebel and store body fat. A 1300 calorie deficit is too large ( severe calorie restriction ).
You will find it easier to cut more calories by eating healthy and eating foods
